We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with a product, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept return requests within 3 days of delivery for the following cases:
- Wrong item delivered
- Item received is defective or damaged
- Item not as described on our website
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included
- Serial number must match the one sold
Items NOT eligible for return:
- Opened software packages or digital licenses
- Assembled or custom-built PCs (unless faulty)
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method
- It may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account
- If rejected, the product will be shipped back to you.
Replacements / Exchanges
We only offer replacements for defective or damaged products reported within 48 hours of delivery. Contact our support team immediately with photos and order details.
Return Shipping
For defective/wrong items: We cover return shipping
For customer-initiated returns (e.g., changed mind): You are responsible for return shipping costs
All returns must be sent to our warehouse address, which will be shared upon request.
